Members of SPQ have a 10% discount in all Bioscope Group & ProteoMass conferences in 2015, applicable to the early bird registration and late registration fees, prices which appear on the webpage of each conference.

Cancellation Terms
Notification of cancellation must be made mailed to clodeiro@bioscopegroup.org. An administration fee will be charged depending on the cancellation date.
Cancellation received until May 15th 2015: registration fee refund, less 50 € for administrative costs.
Cancellation received after June 15th 2015: No refund.
*All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
Liability
The organizer is not liable for any losses, accidents or damages, irrespective of which cause. For participants and accompanying persons taking part in the symposium, the participation in the events are at their own risk.
Methods of payment
Payment of conference fees in Euros (€) must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by bank transfer, Paypal or using a credit card.
Note: Bank transfer costs must be covered by the attendees.
Note: Payments made through Paypal must add €15 extra to cover Paypal transfer costs. This means that €450/€200/€200 must pay €460/€210/€210 through Paypal.
Please be sure that you have completed your hotel reservation in the conference venue. Your hotel reservation will not be made by the conference organization. See the Venue section for further details.
Bank transfer
Together with your confirmation email, a copy of the bank receipt should be sent by e-mail to clodeiro@bioscopegroup.org and msantos.conferenceorganiser@gmail.com.
Please note that bank transmission fees have to be paid by the transmitter.
